Prepare the ingredients and soak the tea tree mushrooms one night in advance.

Clean the tea tree mushrooms, drain the water, and cut into small sections. Cut the garlic and dried chili into small sections, and cut the pork belly into slices.

Heat oil in a pan.

When the oil is 70% hot, add the pork belly and stir-fry the oil.
