Ingredients: hairy crab (washed), bacon, ginger slices

Place the bacon on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

Place the washed hairy crabs on the chopping board and chop them in half.

Then, put the chopped hairy crabs into a large plate and add the ginger slices.

Then, add in the sliced bacon.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Finally, put it in the steamer.

Cover and steam for 20 minutes, and it's ready.
