  1. Prepare 60 grams of rice, 60 grams of glutinous rice, 30 grams of barley, 30 grams of oats, 30 grams of red beans, 30 grams of black beans, 5 grams of red date slices, 20 grams of lily, and 30 grams of white sugar; PS: Add the sugar according to your preferred sweetness. In this photo, I didn’t put the sugar in it because it was only used when the porridge was cooked to prevent moisture, so I didn’t take it out for the photo.

  2. Wash the rice, glutinous rice and oatmeal and soak them in a rice washing basin for 30 minutes. Wash the red beans, black beans and barley and soak them in a rice washing basin for 2 hours. Wash the lilies and soak them for 30 minutes. Wash the red date slices. PS: There are different basins for different degrees of soaking.

  3. Wash the soaked ingredients, remove and drain the water, and put them into the pot;

  4. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water, cover and simmer for 90 minutes; PS: porridge cooked with boiling water is more delicious than cold water. The amount of water is 3 times that of the ingredients. Of course, everyone's taste is different and slightly different.

  5. Add the cooked porridge to the sugar and mix well in one direction before eating. PS: You can add sugar according to your preference, or you can add salty dishes.
