Egg rice cake
Overview
Mi Lao Tou is a famous domestic snack food, and my egg rice cake is based on Mi Lao Tou's copy version of family delicacies; it can be used as a staple food or as a snack or snack; and the recipe is very simple. Prepare all ingredients

Wash and mince chives and carrots

Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir into egg liquid
