Cured Sweet Potato
Overview
A friend brought a particularly large taro, saying it was brought back from the mountains. He had eaten both fragrant taro and taro, but he had never eaten anything like this. Since it’s taro, let’s eat it in the usual way. I originally wanted to get a chicken to go with it, but then I thought I still had sausages at home, so I decided to make a simple way of eating them. I put taro and sausages together in the microwave and made a simple and delicious dish. It was really good.
