Rice cooker delicious cake
Overview
I originally wanted to use the oven to make a cake today, but my daughter kept coughing and I didn't dare to let her eat such spicy food. So, I switched to using a rice cooker to make cakes. I have made cakes using a rice cooker N times, but I never published it every time. I made a cake with my daughter. She mixed the egg yolks and I mixed the egg whites. After it was done, I ate several pieces. I advised her to eat it again tomorrow, otherwise she would really eat to fill her stomach.

Weigh out 85g of low-gluten flour, 60g of sugar, 40g of milk, 40g of oil and 4 eggs.

1.7g baking powder (I weighed 2 grams, and lost a little bit of baking powder)

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and put them into 2 large bowls

Pour one-third of the sugar into the egg yolks and mix well

The sifted flour is very fine. Add 1.7g of baking powder, 40g of milk and 40g of oil

Mix well and set aside

Beat the egg whites and add the remaining two-thirds of the sugar

Just beat the egg whites until they stand up (you need to beat them manually for 15 minutes, I beat them with an electric egg beater)

Brush the bottom and walls of the rice cooker with oil and preheat for 2 minutes. Pour the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk paste in two batches. Be careful to stir it up and down, just like stir-frying.

Add in the chopped red dates and longan meat and mix well

Mix the batter evenly up and down

Cancel the preheating, pour the batter, shake the pan 2 times to let the air escape. (Be careful not to get burned, use a cloth to hold the pot)

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds

Press the cook button and it will beep for 5 minutes. Turn to the keep warm button and cover the air outlet with gauze for 15 minutes. Press the cook button again. It will beep for 5 minutes. Turn to the keep warm button and keep it for 15 minutes. Then you can turn on the rice cooker.
