Wash the green peppers and cut them into sections, clean the peppers inside, mince the garlic and put it into the lean meat filling, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well and set aside... (I forgot to take pictures of this part, haha)

Dip both ends of the green peppers with a little cornstarch... Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan. When it is about 60 to 70 minutes hot, add the green peppers. Turn them over section by section so that they do not stick to the pan when frying. Fry until both sides are wrinkled and discolored, remove and set aside.
