Wash the pork and cut it into pieces, cut the bell peppers and tomatoes and set aside;

Coat the pork with egg liquid and starch; heat the oil pan to 60% heat, fry the meat until it is 50% cooked, remove and drain the oil;

Add garlic and pepper to the oil pan and saute until fragrant, add colored pepper and tomatoes and stir-fry slightly, add pork and stir-fry;

Add sugar, white vinegar, salt, stir-fry, plate and serve.
