I haven’t bought crabs in a long time. I saw a huge flower crab at the vegetable market today. I couldn't help but buy three. It was pinched when I took it back. Kill it immediately. Very authentic.

Three flower crabs.

Place the steamer over high heat and steam for 3 minutes.

Slaughter it, wash it and prepare it for later use.

After the pot is hot, add a small amount of oil and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.

Add the washed flower crabs and stir-fry evenly over low heat.

Put a small amount of salt.

Add half a bowl of water. Bring to a boil and then turn to low heat.

Cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes.

Just add some scallions before serving.
