Baked Dried Fish with Green Onions
Overview
I still haven’t figured out what the scientific name of this small fish is. We call it blue saury. They can be seen in reservoirs, lakes, and rivers. They can be seen in groups. If you have a piece of bread in your hand, break off a piece of bread and throw it into the water. A large group will come at once. The scene of competing for food is fascinating to watch. They scramble to be the first. They move quickly and quickly. After eating, they immediately swim back to the deep water area, throw another piece, and immediately jump up and down to look for food. Especially in the morning, the calm lake surface is the largest and it is easy to see. . . When I was shopping for food, I saw this kind of fried dried fish in the market. I bought some and tried it. No special seasoning was added, just a few green onions and an appropriate amount of soy sauce. It was delicious. It is also a side dish that goes well with wine.
