Griddle Cauliflower
Overview
This dry pot cauliflower is a very popular dish in our family. The recipe is basically the same, but the seasonings are slightly changed. It is delicious no matter how you make it. Whenever I don't know what to cook, as long as I see loose cauliflower on sale, I will definitely buy it. This loose cauliflower is more delicious than the firm white cauliflower, and it is now my specialty.

Soak the cauliflower in light salt water and wash. (There may be small bugs inside, so wash them carefully.)

Chop the ginger, garlic, and onions, wash and chop the black beans.

Heat the pot, pour in vegetable oil, and fry the pork belly over medium-low heat until browned.

Push the fried pork belly to the side of the pot and sauté the ingredients in step 2 with oil over low heat.

Add the cauliflower, stir-fry over high heat, and add the red pepper.

Continue to stir-fry, pour in light soy sauce, add a little sugar, salt, you can add a small amount of boiling water or stock along the edge of the pot, stir-fry, add a little oyster sauce before putting it in the pot, if you like it soft, you can fry it for a while.
