Overview

Because my family’s taste is a bit heavy, I generally like braised hairtail. This braised hairtail fish has crispy skin and tender meat. It’s slightly spicy and sweet and sour, so it’s a great dish to go with rice.

  1. Wash hairtail and cut into sections.

  3. Wash and cut the ingredients, put soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water in a bowl and set aside.

  4. Rinse the pot, heat the oil, and slowly fry the hairtail fish pieces until both sides are browned. Fry them all and put them on a plate for later use.
