Enoki mushrooms with scallion oil

I just made scallion oil and I can’t wait to use it to make delicious food. Look how impatient I am. Enoki mushrooms in scallion oil, enoki mushrooms and scallion oil are stir-fried together. The rich scallion aroma and fresh mushroom aroma make people feel refreshed and whet their appetite!

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, tear them apart and wash them

Green and red peppers cut into sections

Blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water
