Overview

I eat eggplant, especially fried eggplant with tomatoes, so this sweet and sour tomato and eggplant soup dumpling was released. Unexpectedly, after making it, the taste is still very good. The sweet and sour tomatoes plus the fragrance of eggplant are a unique appetizer in the hot summer. Xiaobao ate several of them in one go, which really gave me face, haha!
