Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the tenderloin and remove all the white fascia;
-
Cut into thin slices first;
-
Then chop into minced meat;
-
Add salt, sugar and black pepper and stir evenly;
-
Then add oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and fish sauce;
-
Stir vigorously;
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush with a thin layer of oil;
-
Place the mixed minced meat on the baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and spread the minced meat with your hands first;
-
Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a uniform thickness;
-
Remove the plastic wrap; mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of water and brush it on the meat slices;
-
Then sprinkle with white sesame seeds;
-
After the oven is preheated, put the baking sheet into the middle rack and bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes;
-
Then take it out and place the meat slices upside down on the grill, brush the other side with honey water and sprinkle with sesame seeds;
-
Turn the oven down 5-10 degrees, I used 170 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
-
There is gravy and honey juice on the side, it will be a little burnt, just cut it. It's a little soft when you take it out, but after it cools down the water will dry out~

Don’t worry when you make your own food~
