Fried meatballs
Overview
This is still a dish made during the Chinese New Year, haha. Just updated the recipe now. Fried meatballs are a dish that my mother-in-law makes on the second day of February, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, and Chinese New Year. It is also a must-have dish on the banquet table. There are those with lotus root paste, yam, radish, and this one with water chestnuts. Make a pound of meat first, and then you will be able to cook it by yourself.
