Poached egg instant noodles
Overview
Relive the feeling of eating instant noodles back then. Instant noodles with some pickled mustard and a sausage are probably the memories of many people. People who take trains still have food like this. I'll have some poached eggs at home today. (No technical content, just for record keeping)

I opened two flavors of pickled mustard first

Later, I felt that the kelp shreds were good for eating noodles, so I cut them all.

After the water boils, turn down the heat, break the eggs in, and add cold water. Use chopsticks to gently pull out the eggs to prevent them from sticking to the pot.

After the eggs are poached, add instant noodle seasoning and instant noodles. Boil instant noodles until they are medium soft and hard.
