Wash the plum meat with clean water and remove the fascia.

Cut into several small pieces.

Take a small pot and mix Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and honey. Add the sliced plum meat and shredded green onions and ginger. Marinate for half an hour. Remove and throw away. Then cover with plastic wrap or a silicone lid and refrigerate overnight to marinate. I marinated for 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180°, place the marinated meat on the grill, and place two layers of tin foil on top to prevent juice leakage.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180° for 35 minutes.

Take a small bowl and mix honey water with a ratio of 1:1.

Take it out and brush it with honey water two or three times.

Continue baking for 30 minutes.

When time is up, take out and let cool.
