Preheat oil in a pan, add ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add pork belly and stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, and a spoonful of dark soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

Add the dried vegetables and stir-fry, pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Add a spoonful of salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
