Overview
One day, my friend asked me to attend an event where I taught the children how to make donkey rolls. I haven’t done it for a long time, so I decided to try it at home before the event to see how it tastes. I went to the supermarket to buy soybean noodles during my break at noon, and cooked them at home in the evening. I took them to the company the next day and my colleagues tried them and they all said they were good. Now I don’t have to worry about how to deal with children during activities.

Prepare the required ingredients

Put 150 grams of glutinous rice flour and 150 grams of water into a bowl and stir with chopsticks to form a batter;

Cover the surface of the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the microwave on high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes;

After the batter is heated and cooked, apply a little oil on your hands, then take out the dough and place it on the board;

Sprinkle a little fried soybean flour on the board and the dough, roll it into a square shape with a rolling pin, and spread the bean paste filling evenly;

Roll up from one end to the other and sprinkle with some fried soybean noodles
