Green Pepper Beef Pizza
Overview
Pizza can be divided into thin crust and thick crust. Generally speaking, thin crust is Italian style and thick crust is American style. In fact, pizza has the same characteristics as Chinese pies of various sizes, except that they must use cheese; they must also use tomato sauce, which must be fried with olive oil and pizza spices. Pizza spices generally include pizza grass, basil, thyme, rosemary, and black pepper; and they must be baked in the oven. If you follow these rules and know how to make flatbreads and fry tomatoes, you can make Western-style flatbreads! Nothing profound! What I made today should be considered a thin-crust Italian pizza. It's just that the step of frying the sauce is omitted and the pasta meat sauce is used directly instead of the pizza sauce. It saves trouble, but the taste is not strong at all. Made by myself, it is enjoyable only if you have enough ingredients.

Steps
-
Put flour, yeast, vegetable oil, sugar and salt into a basin
-
Add water
-
Knead the dough into a smooth dough
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment. Dip your fingers into flour and poke holes into the fermented dough so that it will not shrink or collapse
-
While the dough is fermenting, you can prepare the fillings. Cut the beef into cubes, add the barbecue ingredients, mix well, and marinate for flavor
-
Wash the green peppers, remove seeds and cut into rings
-
Meaty spaghetti sauce tastes great as a substitute for pizza sauce
-
Mozzarella cheese
-
Divide the fermented dough into four parts, about 160g each
-
Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a round cake base of even thickness, the size of which is exactly the size of a nine-inch square on a silicone mat
-
Place the base into the pizza pan
-
Use a spoon to gently press around the perimeter, and evenly poke rows of small holes in the bottom of the cake with a fork
-
Spread an even layer of spaghetti meat sauce
-
Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese
-
The beef cubes need to be marinated in advance and then put in the oven at 200 degrees for about five minutes to turn white
-
Put the cut green pepper rings into
-
Then add beef cubes
-
Finally, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top. If you like thicker cheese, add more
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with upper and lower heat, place the middle rack and bake for about 12 minutes
-
The baked pizza is out of the oven
