Ingredients
Steps
-
First, boil the eggs. One egg is enough. I boiled three and saved the braised eggs for breakfast
-
After the eggs are boiled, peel them and put them into the pressure cooker together with the beef. Add seasonings to prepare the beef sauce. I only put three ingredients in my sauce beef (thirteen spices, sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce) and a piece of ginger
-
Stir all the ingredients evenly, add a small amount of water, not too much water, just enough broth for two bowls of beef noodles
-
The beef sauce is ready. The house is filled with the smell of beef and braised eggs. It’s so fragrant~~
-
Let the beef in sauce cool, slice it, cut the braised egg in half, shred the cucumber, and slice the tomatoes
-
Wash the rapeseed, put it into a pot and boil it until it is raw. When cooking, add two drops of salad oil to the pot to make the rapeseed greener. Squid balls can also be cooked together
-
Mince garlic and set aside
-
Boil a pot of water and cook acorn noodles (acorn noodles have many benefits, including anti-cancer) for 5 minutes
-
Put the cooked acorn noodles into the casserole
-
Place the noodle cap on top of the noodles and place minced garlic in the middle
-
Pour on the boiling beef soup, and a fragrant pot of beef noodles is ready
-
When eating, put some chili oil~~ah~~it smells~~
