Northeastern Pot Pork
Overview
Guobao Pork is a traditional Northeastern dish. It is sweet and sour. It has always been my favorite meat dish. Of course, my niece also likes it. Every time I go to a restaurant, I must order it. It is delicious. It is not only crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, but also because of its sweet and sour taste. It is delicious when eaten with shredded green onion and ginger!
