Sauce-flavored foil chicken wings
Overview
Grilled chicken wings is the most common and simplest oven dish. You can also change the grilling method to change the taste. It is suitable for novices and basically has no failure. The sauce has a strong aroma and a garlic aroma. Wrapping it in tin foil can keep the original flavor of the ingredients, fresh and juicy

Prepare all the ingredients, soak the chicken wings in water for 30 minutes in advance (soak the blood)

Make two cuts on the inside of the chicken wings (to facilitate flavoring)

Place the chicken wings in a container, add salad oil, salt, black pepper sauce, Korean hot sauce, cooking wine, chicken powder, cumin powder, minced garlic, mix well, cover with a lid, or place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for more than 4 hours

Cut the tin foil into 15x15 squares and put the marinated chicken wings

Fold it inwards and wrap the chicken wings tightly

Wrap the rest in the same way and place it on the grill

Preheat the oven, place the middle rack and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
