Prepare ingredients.

Wash the lemon, dry it, and grate the yellow skin into fine pieces.

Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn oil, vanilla extract, and lemon zest into a container.

Mix well with a whisk.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the egg mixture and mix well.

Mix the flour and baking powder evenly and sift into the egg mixture.

Stir well and let stand for 1 hour.

Use a small spoon to fill the mold eight-quarters full with egg liquid (or put the batter into a piping tape and squeeze it into the mold) and place it in a preheated oven, middle layer, 175 degrees to 180 degrees, and bake for 12 minutes to 15 minutes.
