Overview
The boiled squid tentacles are particularly crispy. The dipping sauce is made with soy sauce, green onions, coriander, and chili peppers. It's fresh, spicy, and crispy all in one! Delicious~

Prepare ingredients: squid tentacles, green onions, ginger, and coriander.

Wash and cut the squid into sections, wash and chop the coriander and green onions separately.

Boil an appropriate amount of water, add a tablespoon of salt and ginger slices.

Take a bowl with green onions and coriander, add chicken powder, and pour in soy sauce.

After the water boils, pour down the squid tentacles, break them up with chopsticks and blanch them for about 3 minutes.

Pick up and rinse quickly with cold water.

Clean the pot, heat it up, add an appropriate amount of oil and bring it to a boil, turn off the heat, add the chopped green onion and coriander and mix well.
