Fried leeks, tofu and fried snow pea sausage

Overview

I dug out some of the dishes I had at home and the effect was pretty good. This is my first time posting a recipe. I forgot to take more photos when making it, but it’s not too difficult

Steps

1. 1 Beat an egg, mince the leek and mix well. Cut the tofu into thin pieces, wrap it in the egg and leek, and fry in a pan until both sides are golden

   

2. 2 Pour oil into the pan, add onion, garlic and ginger, stir-fry until hot, add chopped snow peas and red pepper

   

3. 3 Add the fried tofu and steamed sausage and stir-fry evenly
