Chinese toon omelette
Overview
Spring is warm and flowers are blooming, and it’s the season to eat Chinese toon again. Today I fried eggs with Chinese toon, and they tasted just like a year ago. For omelette, I like to use a little light oil, but my baby's father is very heavy on the oil, so I usually fry the eggs twice. The omelette in the first pot is definitely for the baby's dad, and the amount of oil is much larger. The second pot is for me and the baby. This one has much less oil and tastes more refreshing. Send it to your friends for reference if they like it.
