Spring is warm and flowers are blooming, and it’s the season to eat Chinese toon again. Today I fried eggs with Chinese toon, and they tasted just like a year ago. For omelette, I like to use a little light oil, but my baby's father is very heavy on the oil, so I usually fry the eggs twice.
