Sweet and sour black and white silk
Overview
The so-called black and white silk is to fry the wild rice silk and the black fungus silk together to give it a sweet and sour flavor! Sweet and sour and very appetizing!

Wash and process the purchased wild rice stems

Cut the wild rice into strips

Chop the soaked black fungus and green pepper into shreds
