  1. Prepare materials

  7. Divide evenly into 6 portions and let rest for 15 minutes.

  8. Roll it into a ox tongue shape and roll it up

  9. Roll into a circle, shape and put in the oven for final fermentation

  10. Place small sausages in fermented bagels, coat with egg wash and squeeze salad dressing on the surface.

  11. Put it in the oven and bake at 180° for about 18 minutes. During this period, be sure to cover the bread with tin foil after it is colored.
