Whole wheat sausage buns
Overview
I have been experimenting with bread recently. My husband loves to eat it, but he feels that the additives bought from outside are too many and unhealthy, so I have to roll up my sleeves and make it myself!

Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Put flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, and milk powder together and use a spatula to stir into large snowflakes.
-
Knead until it can be spread out. This step of kneading the dough by hand took about 30 minutes.
-
Wrap the butter into the dough
-
Knead it in various ways until it can stretch out a thin film
-
Ferment for about 2 hours. When you dip your fingers in dry flour and poke the holes in the dough without shrinking, the dough is ready.
-
Divide evenly into 6 portions and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll it into a ox tongue shape and roll it up
-
Roll into a circle, shape and put in the oven for final fermentation
-
Place small sausages in fermented bagels, coat with egg wash and squeeze salad dressing on the surface.
-
Put it in the oven and bake at 180° for about 18 minutes. During this period, be sure to cover the bread with tin foil after it is colored.
