Prepare ingredients

Mix cream cheese and milk, heat over water, stir until completely melted

Add butter to the melted mixture. The butter will turn into liquid, stir well

Add egg yolk and mix well

Sift the flour and starch and stir evenly

Whipped egg whites

Mix the beaten egg whites with the batter and stir evenly

Use chocolate sauce to draw lines on the surface, water bath method for 50 minutes, 140 degrees
