If you don’t have an appetite for food, just make a lazy red oil cold shredded king oyster mushroom. It’s really appetizing and can be eaten with rice. It’s delicious and easy to make.

Cut or tear the king oyster mushrooms into shreds. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Boil the shredded king oyster mushrooms for three to five minutes, scoop them out and drain them in cold water. Pick them up and dry them with your hands. Put them on a vegetable plate for later use.

Cut onions, garlic, and peppers separately as shown in the picture.

Take a bowl and put minced garlic, minced green onions, chili peppers, appropriate amount of salt, a small amount of vinegar, a small amount of sugar, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, and your own choice of red oil (if you like a strong flavor, you can put more, if you don’t like a strong flavor, you can put less).
