Cold Okra
Overview
Okra is rich in nutrients, but children don’t like to eat it. She ate a lot of okra made using this method. It turned out that the child didn’t like to eat it because the mother’s cooking was not to her liking.

Wash 10 okra roots and cut off the stems.

Add enough water to cover the okra in the pot and cook for one minute

Take out the cooked okra, align the tips, and cut into 2.5 cm lengths.

Push the tips of the okra outward and arrange them in a circle along the plate.

Chop 3 slices of ginger and green and red pepper.

Crush two cloves of garlic into foam.

tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp pepper aniseed water, 1g sugar, 2g salt, add 1g starch, 1 tbsp water and bring to a boil. The soup should not be too thick, should be slightly thinner.

Cook and pour evenly over the okra.

Place the minced garlic in the center of the sauce.

Put 1 tsp of oil in the wok, heat the oil and fry a few peppercorns until fragrant.
