Cut large pieces of dried tofu into strips, boil them in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, then soak them in a basin of cold water for a while.

Cut the cucumber into shreds, mince the garlic, pepper, and onion and set aside.

Drain the dried beans and place on a plate.

Use light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, Laoganma hot sauce, chili oil, then add garlic, green onion and pepper to make a bowl of juice and set aside.

Place cucumber shreds in the center of the dried tofu, then pour the bowl of juice evenly on top of the dried tofu and you're done!
