-
Mix rice flour, flour and corn starch, add an appropriate amount of water to make a slurry, not too thin or too thick. (For convenience, you can go directly to the supermarket to buy special rice roll powder; you can also omit the clear noodles in the recipe)
-
Chop the pork into minced meat, add salt and oil, mix well and set aside
-
Chop green onions and set aside
-
For general seasoning, add a little cold boiled water and sesame oil to soy sauce, mix well, and the soy sauce will be ready
-
Boil water in a pot, use a steam rack to place a flat-bottomed basin, brush a layer of oil into the basin with a brush, and then add a little minced meat
-
Pour in the prepared flour slurry, lay it flat in the basin, the flour slurry should not be too thick, beat a quail egg and put a little chopped green onion. Note: Stir the slurry evenly before pouring to prevent the slurry from sinking to the bottom
-
Cover the lid for about a minute. When the powder slurry in the basin starts to bubble, you can open the lid. Use a spatula to scrape up the rice rolls and put them on a plate
-
Just pour the prepared soy sauce on it
