Fried spring rolls
Overview
I bought ready-made spring roll wrappers and made fried spring rolls with my students to taste. Being with them made me look younger, haha. One recipe can make about 50, and everyone can finish it in one go.

Prepare and wash the raw materials.

Cut leeks into sections and shred carrots.

Soak the mushrooms and cut into shreds.

After shredding the pork tenderloin, add a little salt, MSG, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to marinate.

I chose ready-made spring roll wrappers.

Add flour to a little water to make a thick roux.

Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it up, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until loose.

Add shredded carrots.

After the carrot shreds are soft, add the bean sprouts and shiitake mushrooms, and season with salt, cooking wine, MSG, and light soy sauce.

Finally, add the leeks and stir-fry until cooked. The stuffing is ready. Remember to stir-fry it dry and avoid any juice.

Place a spring roll wrapper on a plate and place the fried filling in the middle.

Fold both sides over first.

Then roll up the spring roll wrapper from bottom to top, and spread a little flour batter on the top edge to make it stick.

Heat the pot until it is 40% hot, add the wrapped spring rolls and fry until golden and crispy on the outside.
