Tomato and Egg Drop Brain Soup
Overview
My friend sent me arctic shrimp, and my baby was fussing about drinking egg soup, so I added some walnut oil to make a soup. It only took ten minutes!

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, two eggs, Arctic shrimp, half a tomato, minced onion and ginger, and walnut oil.
-
Heat the walnut oil over low heat and add the chopped green onion until the edges of the green onion are slightly yellow.
-
Add tomatoes and stir-fry briefly.
-
Pour in the water. After the water boils, pour the egg liquid along the edge of the boiling water. Soon the egg liquid will float and become even and beautiful. I didn’t have time to take pictures, so everyone can see the results.
-
Finished product! I added a little vinegar and soy sauce to make it taste better. Add a few drops of walnut oil. Cold-pressed oil may be too hot to destroy nutrients, so it’s good to eat it raw!

Look how delicious my baby is! Walnut oil and Arctic shrimp are rich in phospholipids, unsaturated fatty acids, and DHA. It’s a delicious and simple brain-boosting soup that only takes ten minutes!
