I also saw a meatloaf topped with a sun-dried egg. I don’t want any decoration, I just want to make it feel like lunch meat. I used the egg-meat cake recipe, removed the soy sauce and replaced it with red yeast rice powder. The steamed color will be red, which makes it look better. Everything was as expected, the cubes of meat were pink and even the texture was pink because there was no fat. It is more suitable for people who want to lose weight and gain muscle.
