Mutton braised noodles
Overview
This pasta is a pasta that my father often made for me at home when I was a child. It is also a pasta that Fatty still misses. Now that Fatty has a child, I will pass on this pasta to her, hoping she will like it too.

Wash the bok choy.

Cut the lamb into thin slices.

Place the mutton in a bowl and add onion, ginger, soy sauce, Maggi and pepper.

Mix well and set aside.

Add water to the pot, add noodles and cook until cooked.

Add bok choy and mix well.

Pour in the mixed mutton slices.
