Chestnut snack bag
Overview
I had made a lot of chestnut stuffing before, but I was afraid it would spoil, so I used it to make small dinner bags, which were quite delicious.

The film requirements for making meal bags are not high, just like this is enough. After the dough is round, cover with plastic wrap and ferment. I always make it at night and put it in the refrigerator to ferment, then bake it the next day

Take out the dough, deflate it, and divide it into 16 portions

Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes

After resting, shape and put into baking pan for secondary fermentation

Brush with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
