Steamed Chicken with Chestnut Flavor Pumpkin
Overview
The pumpkin varieties we have here include a chestnut-flavored pumpkin. It is said to be a variety from Xinjiang and tastes like chestnuts, so it is called chestnut-flavored pumpkin. I have bought it several times and made it into porridge. It tastes really good. I used it to make dishes today and steamed it with diced chicken. It tasted very good too.
