Hot and sour Chinese cabbage, sour and spicy! You can have one when the weather is hot and you feel unhappy. Appetizing and refreshing!

Cabbage! Soak in water and wash clean!

Slice the neck and leaves of the cabbage and separate them!

Heat oil and sauté ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant!

Add the cabbage neck first and stir-fry!

Stir-fry for a minute and add a small amount of dark soy sauce!

Add the leaves and stir fry together! Add light soy sauce!

Add vinegar along the edge of the pot to bring out the aroma, stir-fry evenly and season with salt!

Serve on a plate, spicy, sour and refreshing!
