[Stewed Vermicelli with Cabbage and Pork]--A big pot is enough to taste, with eight-treasure rice and quick pickle recipes
Overview
My favorite dish in the cold weather is this dish. It contains meat, rapeseed and vermicelli. I can’t get enough of it no matter how many times I eat it. Everyone here will make this dish throughout the winter. Braised vermicelli with cabbage and pork, our regular customer. The method is also simple. It’s best to use skin-on pork belly. It tastes so fragrant. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy skin-on pork belly this time. I went late and only had leg meat. The front legs are gone too, only the hind legs. Let the hind legs be the hind legs, as long as they have meat

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, Chinese cabbage, and vermicelli. This vermicelli was given to me by my mother. We use this vermicelli to make cabbage and pork vermicelli here
-
Then cut the cabbage into appropriate sizes
-
Prepare green chilies, garlic, ginger slices, star anise, and dried chili pork. I didn’t buy pork belly, so I can only separate the meat like this
-
Put oil in the pot, and when the oil is hot, add star anise, dried chili peppers, and garlic cloves. Saute the ginger slices until fragrant, then add the fat meat and stir-fry until the oil is released, then add the lean meat and stir-fry for a while. If there is pork belly, just add the pork belly and stir-fry without separating it
-
Then pour in soy sauce, cooking wine, green chili peppers, and stir-fry for a while
-
Then add part of the cabbage and stir-fry until it wilts for a while, then add the other part. If it doesn’t fit in the pot at once
-
Then pour in an appropriate amount of water and cover with the cabbage
-
After the water boils, add vermicelli
-
Put the vermicelli underneath and simmer for a while
-
After stewing, add salt, sesame oil, chicken juice, coriander, mix well and serve
-
Remove from the pot and pour into a basin
-
Paired with a bowl of eight-treasure rice and pickled pickles, it’s so beautiful
-
To make eight-treasure rice, soak the rice, fragrant rice, black rice, green beans, oats, buckwheat, barley, brown rice, and white beans for a while, then put it into the electric pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, add black and white sesame seeds, and jujube, select the whole grains function, and wait until it is steamed
-
To make small pickles, prepare the coriander root, remaining cucumbers, carrots, white radish, etc. Anyway, just the remaining side vegetables will be fine. Then add dried chili peppers, star anise, and ginger slices
-
Then add seasonings: salt, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chicken juice, purified water, mix well and put it in the refrigerator to marinate to taste
