Butter Pan-fried Cod
Overview
Valentine's Day is coming, prepare a Western meal for your lover, which is especially romantic and warm. Silver cod is a cold-water deep-sea fish that is rich in many nutrients and is known as a nutritionist on the table in Europe. The skin of real cod segments is white or off-white, light in color, melts in the mouth, and the meat is very delicate, with a unique fishy flavor and a sweet and smooth taste. This time I tried pan-fried cod, fried in butter and paired with cherry tomatoes to make the flavor of the fish more prominent.
