Green mugwort hand-rolled cold noodles
Overview
When the green mugwort is in full bloom, I rest at home and go to the fields to pick green mugwort to make bowls of cold noodles.

Wash the green moxa tips

Use boiling water to blanch the green mugwort. When blanching, I added some baking soda to prevent it from discoloring.

Use a blender to make juice

Mix the dough with moxa juice and let it rest for a while

Roll out the noodles and cut them into shreds

Cook the shredded dough, rinse it with cold water, add the prepared ingredients and start eating.
