I like to eat salmon, but never eat it raw. Fish and tofu are always the perfect combination. Delicious, nutritious, healthy and beautiful.

Onion, ginger, garlic, star anise. Get ready.

Cut tofu into pieces

Wash the salmon and cut into pieces.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the wok. When the oil is five minutes hot, add onions, ginger, garlic and star anise. Sauté.

Then add the fish pieces, add a little cooking wine and vinegar. Stir fry for one minute.

Add appropriate amount of water and prepared tofu, salt and other seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer over high heat for five minutes.
