  1. Prepare a piece of fish, appropriate amount of ginger and green onions.

  2. Marinate with salt, ginger and green onion for half an hour (one or two hours will make the flavor better)

  3. After marinating, wash the fish and drain the water. Remove the blood from the marinated ginger and green onions and set aside (to avoid waste)

  4. After draining, heat the oil and fry in a pan (low heat and slow fry)

  5. Flip and fry.

  6. After frying, pull it aside, add ginger and green onion, saute until fragrant, add oyster sauce and soy sauce and fry lightly (don't take too long, otherwise the soy sauce will burn the pot)

  7. Before putting the fish on the plate, put some green onion sprouts and pour the juice over it. Serve delicious!
