Make a cross on the tomatoes and put them in boiling water for 30 seconds and then peel them off

Cut the peeled tomatoes and onions into small cubes and set aside

Cut the potatoes into thin strips, wash them in cold water to remove excess starch, then drain and set aside

Put the crispy sausage into boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then remove and set aside
