Stir-fried parsley and bacon
Overview
I saw Hainan-made sausages in the supermarket. The quality looked good, so I bought a bag to try the taste and support the local food industry. Like Cantonese sausage, Hainan sausage has a sweet taste and bright color. It is often used for frying lily or celery, or making claypot rice. In this dish, the sausage is rich in flavor and the celery is sweet, crisp and refreshing. When paired together, there is no trace of greasiness and it goes well with rice.
