  1. Prepare various seasonings, fluff garlic, slice ginger, and cut dry red pepper into sections. I forgot to take the soup stock, soy sauce, white vinegar, and sesame oil in the picture😌

  2. Wash the chicken feet, cut them in half and add the flavor. Add three slices of ginger to the chicken feet and blanch them in boiling water. Remove the floating residue. Wash and drain and set aside for later use

  3. Heat the oil, add the garlic, ginger and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

  4. Add blanched chicken feet and stir-fry

  5. Because I am afraid that the chili powder will be burned, I put it in after stir-frying the chicken feet. After the chili powder is fragrant, mix it together and stir-fry for a minute or two

  6. Add 500ml beer 🍺 and thick soup (if you don’t have thick soup, add an appropriate amount of salt)

  7. Cook until the water is almost dry, add soy sauce, white vinegar and sesame oil and stir-fry

  8. You can leave a little thick soup, the chicken feet in the soup will taste more delicious, put it on the plate, and the finished product ❤
